Texas information insane lawsuit to overturn Biden victories in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan and Georgia

Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court accusing Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan and Georgia of "illegal election results".

The unusual lawsuit, filed directly with the Supreme Court, states that "unlawful election results" in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin and Michigan – all of which were won by Biden – should be declared unconstitutional.

The filing argues that these states used the coronavirus pandemic as an excuse to unlawfully change their electoral rules "through executive fiat or amicable lawsuits which weakened the integrity of the ballot papers".

"Any electoral college votes cast by such presidential electors appointed in these states cannot be counted," Texas urges the Supreme Court to rule.

The lawsuit is a joke. States have the constitutional power to determine how they hold presidential elections. The election of a president consists of fifty different state elections. There is no federal law that sets the rules for conducting a state's elections.

States have the power to determine how they conduct their elections.

The Texas case will never go to the Supreme Court. There is no unresolved legal issue for the court to determine.

Republicans are in the final moments of their efforts to keep Trump in power at all costs. The president is working on the phones to get Republican lawmakers to illegally reverse the findings in their states while his Republican allies are filing politically motivated gibberish lawsuits that are an insult to the Constitution.

In the hours before midnight, Republicans will unleash a boatload of madmen in hopes of getting something stuck and keeping Trump in the White House.
